When you have a claim, it is our priority that you receive prompt attention during your time of crisis.  For the most efficient handling of your claims, your claim should be reported directly to your insurance company.

• Report your claim immediately.  Be sure to ask for your claim number as well and the name and contact information for the adjuster assigned to you.
• Make temporary repairs as necessary to prevent further damage and protect your property.
• Take photos of the damage prior to making temporary repairs.
