Susan Mancione and Sarah Jordan were both a pleasure to work with! Susan endlessly search and shopped around for homeowners insurance that fit our needs, pricing obviously being a factor. Proper... read more coverages and limits foremost on the list. She took after hours personal time to make sure everything was in order and we'd make the transferable deadline. Especially after UPC went Insolvent and left thousands, including ourselves, hanging and in limbo. Many to fend for themselves and no funding. She had patients and fortitude to listen to all my uneducated insurance un-knowledgable questions and answering them individually as best as possible. Very knowledgeable herself. Sarah was also quite instrumental in making the insurance nightmares go smoothly, almost effortless. Setting up the policy with underwriters and insurance company to fit our particular needs. She made the DocuSinging and paperwork flawless and easy to understand and complete. I would Highly Recommend both these ladies and most of all.... The Insurance Center of Ft Myers!!
