I was in the process of refinancing my house and the flood insurance carrier has gone under but is being covered by Fema till the end of my policy. I was really impressed by the customer service that Sydney Brewer gave. She went above and beyond by calling the mortgage company to explain and also calling Gulfstream to get them to update the policy - even when they said they would not. Sydney got it done!
