I was in the process of refinancing my house and the flood insurance carrier has gone under but is being covered by Fema till the end of my policy. I was really impressed by the customer service that Sydney Brewer gave. She went above and beyond by calling the mortgage company to explain and also calling Gulfstream to get them to update the policy - even when they said they would not. Sydney got it done! He is extremely knowledgeable regarding every phase of the process.... read more Anytime I have questions they are answered in a timely fashion as well. He really explains what you need and what you don’t. I was extremely satisfied with how my Hurricane Ian claim was handled in every aspect; they were there immediately when I needed help most and assured me they would do everything they could, which they did. They spoke with my adjusters and really fought for me!
