Job Title: Account Processor
Job Description: Assist sales agents with the processing of new business and rewrite insurance applications
and payment. Meet with customers to finalize paperwork, answer questions pertaining to coverage. Process all
inquiries, payments, endorsements, cancellations, underwriting memos, etc. for the initial 90-day period of New
Business policies. Take overflow calls for agents and customer service. Assist with quoting. Assist with
producer marketing efforts. Data entry of policy information into agency management system.
Salary: $40K – 52K (depending upon experience) plus opportunities for additional incentive pay

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced knowledge of Applied Systems’ EPIC operating system
• Moderate to advanced knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products
• High degree of organization
• Ability to multi-task and work with time constraints
