Mackenzie grew up in a small town in Illinois before moving to Florida with her family in 2011. From a young age, she developed a strong passion for helping others, which naturally led her to a career centered around customer service. She spent four years at Publix, where she built a solid foundation in communication and client care before transitioning into the insurance industry. Today, Mackenzie enjoys using those skills to support and connect with clients in meaningful ways. Outside of work, she loves reading, doing crafts, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
