Kasandra Valdes began her journey in the insurance industry in 2015 as a freshman in high school, starting as a receptionist at Allstate Insurance. From there, she worked her way up through customer service, sales, and eventually became a personal lines account manager. Her transition into the independent insurance sector allowed her to offer clients more personalized coverage options, and today, she proudly serves in a customer service role at The Insurance Center of Fort Myers. In addition to her extensive industry experience, Kasandra holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Florida Southwestern University. As a licensed 220 Personal Lines Insurance Agent, she specializes in helping individuals and families navigate their insurance needs with clarity and confidence. She understands that insurance can often feel overwhelming, and she is committed to making the process simple, transparent, and tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Whether assisting first-time policyholders or long-time clients, she provides exceptional service and personalized solutions.

Outside of work, Kasandra enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her dog. She also loves unwinding by the beaches, especially with a fishing rod in hand.
