Originally from Columbus, OH, Flo moved to Fort Myers in 2019. She has been in the hospitality and customer service field for over 15 years.

She enjoys problem solving and educating others. “It takes no effort to be nice”. She believes that everyone deserves the same level of service no matter what their background or situation is. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, family outings and running in the FL heat.
