Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
- Interacts with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide customer service for Personal Lines insurance products and ensure the best service possible.
- Answers customer questions regarding products or services.
- Converses with customers to relay information and explain available services.
- Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, and policy cancellations.
- Investigates and corrects errors, following customer and company records.
- Coordinates customer service needs with other departments as required to ensure optimal service standards.
- Assists agents with re-quoting and/or placement of existing clients into alternative carriers or programs.
- Data entry of policy information into digital management system.
- Identifies areas within a client’s risk profile that could benefit from additional insurance products or options and initiate discussions with clients on this topic.
Compensation: $16 – $23 per hour, depending on qualification. Opportunities for additional incentive pay.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to prepare professional business correspondence letters
- Basic knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products
- Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License
- Knowledge of Applied Systems’ EPIC operating program
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Bi-lingual a plus
