Proper... read more coverages and limits foremost on the list. She took after hours personal time to make sure everything was in order and we'd make the transferable deadline. Especially after UPC went Insolvent and left thousands, including ourselves, hanging and in limbo. Many to fend for themselves and no funding. She had patients and fortitude to listen to all my uneducated insurance un-knowledgable questions and answering them individually as best as possible. Very knowledgeable herself. Sarah was also quite instrumental in making the insurance nightmares go smoothly, almost effortless. Setting up the policy with underwriters and insurance company to fit our particular needs. She made the DocuSinging and paperwork flawless and easy to understand and complete. I would Highly Recommend both these ladies and most of all.... The Insurance Center of Ft Myers!! From a vendor perspective Lori... read more Trapp is as close to perfect as I have found. Several years ago we bought a house in Cape Coral and the loan finance person highly recommended her. We were planning to retire from California there. About a year after Irma we decided to sell that house. A couple of years later we found ourselves in the Villages near Wildwood. I was happy to find that Lori was still there and could help us. And even though we had most of our insurance needs met by State Farm in the bay area, the agents here just didn't really seem to care or have a lot of knowledge. Maybe they threw us over to a a bund of newbies. There was no real interest in helping or someone who I felt was focused on our best interest. So I have been progressively moving pretty much all our insurance need for cars, home and rental properties over through her direction. She is fun to talk to and work with... but, it is her responsiveness, knowledge and honesty that has build my trust. So whenever anyone asks me who I have for insurance, it is always easy to recommend her. It is hard to find people like that... The Insurance Center and I are fortunate. Best, David

He is extremely knowledgeable regarding every phase of the process.... read more Anytime I have questions they are answered in a timely fashion as well. He really explains what you need and what you don’t. I was extremely satisfied with how my Hurricane Ian claim was handled in every aspect; they were there immediately when I needed help most and assured me they would do everything they could, which they did. They spoke with my adjusters and really fought for me!
