Especially after UPC went Insolvent and left thousands, including ourselves, hanging and in limbo. Many to fend for themselves and no funding. She had patients and fortitude to listen to all my uneducated insurance un-knowledgable questions and answering them individually as best as possible. Very knowledgeable herself.
